This is a remote position.
Salary: $120,000 to $130,000
Job Type: Full-time, Remote
Responsibilities:
Encourage individuals and family members to develop and use skills and strategies for confronting their problems in a constructive manner.
Ask questions that will help clients identify their feelings and behaviors.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing family relationship problems, destructive patterns of behavior, and other personal issues.
See patients for care via telemedicine using the technology platform provided by the practice
Requirements
Requirements:
Master’s degree in clinical psychology or counseling (LPCC)
Active license issued by the State of California (LPCC)
Preferably 2 years of recent experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidenced-based interventions to individual adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders.
Must be comfortable using computers and video-conferencing software; previous telemedicine experience is a plus
Knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of physical and mental dysfunctions, and for career counseling and guidance.
