Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Typical schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, onsite
  • Potential for overtime (paid at time and a half)

About the Client:
A leading CDMO specializing in commercial and clinical oral solid dose products. The company is expanding its facilities and planning to add a new manufacturing line in 2025 to support customer growth at the Sellersville location.

Project Overview:
This project involves the visual inspection of oral solid dose tablets in a clean manufacturing environment under GMP conditions. Employees will undergo training on the inspection process, including defect identification and documentation. Supervisors will provide on-site support and guidance throughout the project.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform visual inspections of pharmaceutical tablets to identify defects.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Accurately document the inspection completion for each batch/lot.
  • Follow GMP gowning protocols and wear required PPE for extended periods.
  • Communicate in real-time with project leaders when defects are found.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods (8+ hours/day).
  • Close visual inspection skills to identify defects on small items.
  • Adherence to GMP gowning procedures and PPE requirements.
  • Proficiency in understanding and communicating in English.

Tools and Environment:

  • Work performed in a cleanroom manufacturing setting.
  • Use of the MS Office Suite for documentation and communication.

Training:
Comprehensive training on inspection techniques, defect identification, and documentation will be provided on the first day
