ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Visual Merchandising Designer to enhance and uphold FARMACY’s brand identity through compelling visual displays. In this role, you’ll design compelling in-store visuals, displays, and collateral for a variety of retailers, ranging from large-scale graphics to shelf talkers. You’ll lead projects from the initial concept phase through final print production, ensuring all assets are finalized and prepared to meet high-quality standards. In addition to visual merchandising, there will be opportunities to create effective, engaging designs for other printed collateral (such as PR kits, mailers, and package design updates). You will partner closely with internal teams like Brand Marketing, Sales, and Product Development, as well as external partners like printers, retailers, and other vendors. You’ll report to the Creative Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Conceptualize and design in-store visuals, displays, and collateral, including large-scale graphics and shelf talkers.
  2. Oversee projects from concept to final print production, collaborating closely with the design lead.
  3. Prepare and finalize design assets for print, ensuring they adhere to quality standards.
  4. Partner with print vendors and production teams to ensure precise execution of designs.
  5. Manage design production and updates for seasonal changes across retailers.
  6. Support the design team to create additional printed collateral as needed.
  7. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising to continuously improve display effectiveness.
