Someone who understands how voice platforms behave in the real world and knows how to make them better.What you’ll work onCore components of a production VoIP platformDebugging SIP signaling, RTP media, and call routing in live environmentsWorking with softswitches, SBCs, and routing infrastructureImproving Python services and operational toolingAnalyzing signaling and media flows to find root causesImproving monitoring, logging, and system visibilityWorking with engineering and support teams on real customer issuesDriving platform reliability and performance improvementsWhat they’re looking forStrong experience with VoIP platforms (FreeSWITCH, Asterisk, or similar)Solid understanding of SIP, call flows, and signalingGood knowledge of RTP/SRTP, codecs, NAT traversal, and media transportExperience debugging production voice systemsA responsible, ownership-driven mindsetClear communication skillsFluent English
