WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with overtime available.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As our VoIP Systems Specialist, you'll install and configure VoIP systems, troubleshoot call quality and connectivity issues, and manage SIP-related concerns. You'll provision users and routing features, collaborate with network teams, and provide technical support to end users. You'll also maintain documentation and assist with system upgrades, ensuring smooth, reliable communication for our clients.
