Your new companyHays Facilities Management has partnered with a company to hire a VP of Facilities, to be based on Long Island, NY.Your new roleThe job duties of the VP of Facilities will include, among others:- Strategic development and execution of a company-wide facilities management program- Oversight of Preventive Maintenance, Capital projects/improvement across the portfolio- Manage the budget for the facilities management division- Work cross-sectionally with all lines of the business, including third-party vendors, to ensure successful execution of business objectives- Responsible for the management and growth of staff in the FM departmentWhat you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:- Experience supporting Facilities Management at a high level- Must exhibit strong leadership qualities capable of overseeing a multifaceted facilities department- A bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or industry certifications are highly desired- Ability to travel as needed is required- **This role requires a 5-day a-week presence on LI**What you'll get in returnBase salary circa $250K, 25% bonus, and equity pieceWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
