We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join their team as the Vice President of Sales for their Call Center BPO division. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the overall success of our sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
2. Client Acquisition and Retention:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and proactively offer solutions that enhance our service offerings.
3. Market Analysis:
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Utilize market insights to inform strategic decision-making and product/service enhancements.
4. Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with overall business goals

- Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering innovative solutions.

- Ability to analyze market trends, sales performance metrics, and financial data to make informed business decisions.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales leadership roles within the BPO or call center industry.
