Role Overview
As Vice President of Product Design you will drive the overall user experience across the Informatica portfolio, shaping the experience design vision, strategy, and implementation for Informatica’s Data Management and GenAI products.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with Data360, MuleSoft, Tableau, and Agentforce teams, leading a global world‑class design team, and reporting to the SVP of Salesforce UX & Product Design.

Lead the creation of intuitive, impactful solutions rooted in design methodologies.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand customer needs throughout the product lifecycle.
Prioritize user journeys, enhancing usability, accessibility, and personalization.
Guide ethical AI design with transparency, trust, and inclusivity.
Adopt modular, reusable design patterns to support long‑term platform cohesion.
Team Leadership & Development:
Build, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing, multidisciplinary design team.

Recruit, nurture, and retain top global design talent.

Operational Design Management:

Role Essentials
15+ years of UX experience, managing and building teams while delivering enterprise products.
Experience with AI technologies contributing to innovative products.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HCI, Industrial/Visual Design, Behavioral Science, or related discipline.
Successful leadership of large UX teams.
Proficiency in user‑centered design principles, best practices, trends, and emerging technologies.
