Vice President of Product Design – Informatica As the Vice President of Product Design, you will lead the overall user experience across the Informatica portfolio, working with Salesforce teams such as Data360, MuleSoft, Tableau, and Agentforce. You will report directly to the SVP of Salesforce UX & Product Design and sit on the leadership team, driving product strategy and ensuring users are represented in a design‑led approach.

Drive use of modular, reusable design patterns for platform cohesion within Salesforce ecosystem.
Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing multidisciplinary design team globally.
Recruit, nurture, and retain best‑in‑class global design talent, fostering psychological safety.
Establish workflows that enable rapid, customer‑driven design innovations while meeting timelines and budgets.
Act as the voice of the customer in leadership meetings and collaborate across departments to apply customer‑focused principles.
Drive strategic initiatives that enhance the end‑to‑end customer journey and experience metrics.
Success Metrics Deliver easy‑to‑adopt, impactful data solutions that scale to power Salesforce's vision for the Slack‑powered Agentic Enterprise, and grow a design‑first, customer‑first culture across the business.
Qualifications 15+ years of UX experience, managing and building teams while delivering enterprise products and solutions.
Experience leading global teams that created high‑quality enterprise and consumer software.
Strong experience with AI technologies and driving design system evolution.
Expertise refining the end‑to‑end customer journey to foster loyalty and retention.
Detail‑oriented, capable of managing strategic, big‑picture initiatives.
Excellent presentation, storytelling, and cross‑functional communication skills; ability to align and inspire across executive audiences.
Strong decision‑making, accountability, and understanding of key business metrics and data as they connect to design.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in HCI, Industrial/Visual Design, Behavioral Science, or related discipline.
Proven track record of leading and directing large UX teams.
Experience with user‑centered design principles, UX best practices, trends, and emerging technologies.

Compensation The typical base salary range for this position is $257,500 - $451,700 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the range is $310,200 - $496,400 annually. The range represents base salary only and does not include additional bonuses, equity, or benefits.
