Shape commercial strategy for breakthrough semiconductor metrology technology Build and develop relationships with the world's leading semiconductor manufacturers Work directly alongside the CEO at the decision-making table Eindhoven, Netherlands Our client is a fast-growing technology company developing advanced semiconductor metrology solutions. As VP Sales & Marketing, you own the commercial strategy and customer relationships that will establish this technology in a highly competitive market. You'll build and maintain direct relationships with key decision makers at major semiconductor manufacturers globally, with particular focus on Asia and the US. This is a highly visible role where you work extremely closely with the CEO. You'll be in the room with industry leaders, leading negotiations for high value equipment sales and service contracts and partnering with technical leadership on customer engagement and product positioning. Your ability to build trust and navigate complex stakeholder environments will directly shape the company's trajectory. You'll define and execute the sales and marketing strategy, represent the company externally and build out the sales and marketing function as the company scales. This role requires regular international travel, including frequent trips to Asia. Key responsibilities: Define and execute the sales and marketing strategy for all markets Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers at major semiconductor manufacturers, particularly in Asia and the US Lead commercial negotiations for equipment sales and service contracts Develop and maintain business cases for products, working closely with the CEO and technical team Partner with CEO and technical leadership on presentations, demonstrations, and customer engagement Travel internationally on a regular basis, up to 50% of time Lead, develop, and manage the sales and marketing team as it grows About you: Master's degree or higher in physics, engineering, or related technical discipline, with MBA an advantage Significant experience in a commercial role within the semiconductor metrology or inspection industry, with a track record managing relationships with major semiconductor manufacturers Technical depth to engage in substantive discussions about metrology, device architectures, and measurement techniques Experience negotiating sales and service contracts for high value capital equipment Comfort operating and building relationships in East Asian business environments, with understanding of cultural expectations Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis Fluent English essential, with proficiency in Korean and/or Mandarin preferred Benefits: Competitive salary package (€120-150k) Employee Share Ownership Plan Learning and development budget to support your professional growth Flexible working arrangements Contact us!
