Job Description of VRM:

  • Manage the existing customers mapped to you in terms of sales & servicing
  • Interact with customers who show interest in lead based campaigns with an objective of converting their interest into a transaction
  • Responsible for the Cross selling of the Third Party distribution products viz.
    Corporate Fixed Deposits, Bonds, Mutual Funds and other distribution products
  • Explain finer details of the product to the customer and assist them in completing the transactions online
  • Meeting KRA targets in terms of Calling & Business activity which includes, dial-outs (this is not a field job), unique customers contacted and business conversions in terms of transactions, value & net revenue generation
  • Generate references from existing mapped customers for New Account sourcing
  • Building and maintaining long-lasting business relationships with customers
