Position: Physical Therapist(PT)

Start Date: 9/9/2024

Duration: 13 weeks

Location: Springfield, VT, 05156

Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days, 8

Shift Notes: 8hr Days - Typically 8a-5p Monday-Thursday and Friday 7a or 8a to 12pm 36hr gt

Weekend Requirements: TBD/Holidays required if needed

On-Call Requirements: TBD

COVID-19/FLU Requirement: na

Traveler Policy: will not consider any traveler who resides within 50 miles of the facility. To avoid delays in processing, please provide a perm address at profile upload.

Typical patient ratio: 8/day Monday-Thursday, 4/5 on Friday.

** Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

This traveler will be able to provide evaluations and treatments including manual techniques and therapeutic exercises for patients with varying diagnoses including post-operative care, joint replacement, back pain, tendonitis issues, general deconditioning, balance, and vertigo issues.

Submission Requirements
  • 2 years CURRENT PT experience - Required (New grads will not be considered for this need)
  • Must be flexible - Will need to work Inpatient PT as needed
  • Must have VERTIGO experience (LSVT BIG Certification preferred)
  • Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy - Required
  • Previous Rehab Experience - Required
  • Previous travel experience - REQUIRED - At least 3 mos.
  • CPSI EMR experience - Highly Preferred
  • Previous experience working with PTA's - Preferred
  • This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.

  • 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
