Vt Physical Therapist Pt Days Hour Apply
Mobile Health Team Inc., a staffing agency has openings for a Physical Therapist(PT). We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Assignment Start Date: 2/17/2025
13 weeks | Days | 8-hour shift | 40 weeks with 32 hours/week guaranteed

- Evaluate the patient's need for physical therapy and develop an appropriate treatment plan.
- Carry out appropriate treatment programs in accordance with agency policies and professional standards of care.
- Communicate with all members of the health care team.
- Document evaluations, treatment goals, and objectives.
- Teach patients and family members the rationale for treatments and procedures.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- One year of experience as a PT in a home healthcare setting is required
Education:
- BS in Physical Therapy is required
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:
- Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in VT and NH, or hold a compact license.
EMR System: EPIC experience preferred
