Job description: Contractor to support the ServiceNow Preboarding enhancement. In this role you will need to demonstrate technical and functional expertise in the preboarding space, strong project management skills, expertise in collaborating with multiple stakeholders and be detail oriented to drive project work forward, author documentation which includes business requirement and participate in technical and functional testing. This includes but is not limited to coordinating workstream meetings, managing risks and decision logs while partnering with multiple teams including Consulting, Technology and Talent.

Service Now experience preferred

Additional Details for Role:
-Collaborate with Consulting, Technology and Talent team members to ensure project deliverables move forward and stay on track. This includes collaborating on project plans, driving open actions/decisions to closure, tracking/escalating risks and issues, scheduling meetings, and taking notes to capture design decisions.
Participate in technical / integration design discussions to ensure preboarding has a seat at the table and to connect the dots to other Talent teams/project impacts.
Communicate impacts to overall test plan. Coordinate and assist in planning testing cycles and tracking/reporting test completion status.
Participate in activities related to upcoming talent transformation projects including design sessions, testing, cutover and hypercare.
Provide weekly status reports.
Document system changes
Leverage shared project team site, OneNote notebook, and mailboxes to ensure structure and access to communications, materials and documents for all project team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant work experience
Background and experience implementing new Talent systems and processes, from ideation through deployment phases. ServiceNow experience preferred.
Problem solving skills and consultative approach with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices
Works well in a dynamic, complex, client- and team-focused environment within minimal oversight and an agile mindset
Detail-oriented with strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient Microsoft Office skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams)
Knowledge of the professional services industry is preferred
