  • A senior Scrum Master with strong experience supporting SAP ERP transformation programs, specifically SAP S/4HANA or SAP SuccessFactors. Must be comfortable operating in a hybrid Agile + traditional PMO environment and managing multiple cross-functional SAP teams.

Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)

ERP / SAP Background

Direct Scrum Master experience on an SAP program-either:

(1) SAP S/4HANA, or

(2) SAP SuccessFactors

Scrum Mastery

  • 5+ years as Scrum Master in large enterprise environments.
  • Experience running Agile ceremonies for SAP functional + technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Scrum Mastery & Agile Facilitation

  • Act as a servant leader for 1 2 cross-functional Agile teams (SAP functional, technical, and business).
  • Facilitate all standard Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and empirical delivery.

Hybrid Agile Governance
