Assignment Start Date: 1/12/2025
13 weeks | Days | 8-hour shift | 40 hours guaranteed weekly

Education/Experience:
- Must have cataract and retina experience.
- Experience in Orthopedics, ENT, Ophthalmology, and Retina desired.
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:
- Must have WA registration.
EMR System: EPIC experience preferred
Shift: Days, 8-hour shifts
Vaccination: COVID-19 Vaccine medical and religious exemptions will be reviewed on an individual basis. With an approved accommodation travelers will be required to follow the current CH masking protocol.
