Assignment Shift: Days, Full time

Salary: $150,000.00 to $250,000.00

Provide routine primary health care for patients of all ages. The provider must possess knowledge of patient care modalities for infants, children, adults, and geriatrics.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience is required

Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:

• Must possess a Current Washington State Physician and Surgeon's License.

Knowledge/Abilities:

• Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions;
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions.
• Ability to read literature, charts, medical records, prescriptions, scientific and technical journals, and business correspondence.
