Location: Republic, WA, 99166

Assignment Start Date: 1/27/2025

Shift: Days, FullTime(40 hours a week)

Salary: $75,000.00 to $93,000.00

Seeking one Full-time Physical Therapist. The desired candidate will be self-motivated and possess an entrepreneurial spirit to build and support a successful rehab program. This person will be proficient with a variety of patient populations including; orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary impairments. The primary caseload will be a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care. This includes providing care for long-term care residents and consultations in the emergency department. The successful candidate will be able to advocate our services to surrounding facilities and maintain strong relationships around the region.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

  • New grads are welcome to apply.

Education:

  • Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:

  • Current Washington state licensure or in the process of licensing for this state.

EMS System: Proficient in standard EMR documentation

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • A team player with outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Exhibits independence and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Interest in working in a rural healthcare setting and community.
  • Ability to promote our services to area hospital case managers and discharge planners.
  • Demonstrates problem-solving skills and the ability to lead a hospital rehab program.
  • Position requires physical effort, periods of sitting, standing, walking, bending and/or stooping, twisting, reaching and lifting, pushing or pulling of objects (generally < 50 lbs). Will have standard exposure to patients in a hospital setting.

*Please note this position is 40 hours a week but if the candidate does not work or leaves early they will not be paid for the time not worked. Any overtime MUST be approved prior by the Rehab Manager.
