13 weeks | Days | 8/10-hour shift | 40 hours guaranteed weekly

Experience:
- SNF experience is preferred
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:
- An active, unrestricted Physical Therapy Assistant(PTA) license from the State of WA
- Must be licensed in Washington State
Shift: Dayshift - 5-8's or 4-10's with weekend coverage every 4 weeks
