Assignment Start Date: 10/30/2024
13 weeks | Varied | 10-13-Hour Shift | 40 hours per week 38 hours per week guaranteed
The Estimated Weekly Total is based on working the listed hours per week and includes available stipend amounts. Please contact a recruiter for full details.The Staff Registered Nurse (RN) will oversee the delivery of dialysis and the care of patients. The RN will be responsible for providing education to patients, supervising Dialysis Technicians, adjusting treatment plans per standing orders, monitoring the patient's outcomes, administering medications, participating in quality improvement projects, and collaborating with other members of the patient's care team (social worker, dietitians, and nephrologist).
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- A minimum of 1-year nursing experience is required.
- Previous Dialysis experience required
- Prior experience in Acute or Ambulatory Nursing is preferred.
Education:
- Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:
- Must have a current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the WA State Board of Nursing or a Compact Nurse license.
- Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with Basic Life Support (BLS) with the American Heart Association.
EMR System: Experience/knowledge preferred.
Shift: 10-13-hour shifts AM or PM available. Must be able to work any shift schedule depending on staffing needs.
Float Requirement: Must be able to work at any of our 4 clinic locations depending on staffing needs.
