Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while checking in on guests periodically
• Handle requests and complaints with professionalism and care
• Suggest menu items and promote specials
• Keep the dining area clean and organized

Requirements

• Proven experience as a waiter or a willingness and ability to learn quickly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, late hours, and weekends
• Basic math skills for cash handling and tips
• Physical stamina to stand and move during shifts
