Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Warehouse & Logistics Lead to oversee all warehouse operations and inter-company inventory movements across multiple facilities.
This role is responsible for:
- Accurate and efficient inventory handling
- On-time fulfillment and transfers between locations
- Managing warehouse workflows
- Ensuring inventory accuracy and operational discipline
The Warehouse & Logistics Lead plays a critical role in maintaining inventory integrity, supporting production and retail operations, and ensuring smooth physical flow of goods across the network.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations
- Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities
- Ensure all inventory is accurately recorded and properly stored
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environments
- Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Inventory Accuracy & Control
- Maintain high inventory accuracy across all facilities
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Partner with Inventory Planning and Finance on inventory reconciliation
Inter-company Logistics (Transfers)
- Manage all inventory transfers between locations (MA, MI, NJ)
- Own scheduling and execution of transfer routes
- Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of all movements
- Optimize routes and delivery efficiency
- Coordinate closely with the warehouse and retail teams on timing
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with Purchasing on inbound shipments and receiving schedules
- Coordinate with Planning on inventory availability and priorities
- Support production teams with timely material handling
- Align with Finance and ERP teams to ensure accurate system records
Process Improvement & Scaling
- Identify inefficiencies in warehouse and logistics operations
- Implement improvements to increase speed, accuracy, and throughput
- Support expansion into new facilities and markets
- Establish scalable processes as the network grows
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Inventory accuracy %
- Order fulfillment accuracy %
- On-time transfer rate %
- Warehouse throughput (units processed per day/week)
- Shrinkage/loss %
- Transfer cycle time
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of warehouse, logistics, or operations experience
- Experience managing warehouse teams and workflows
- Experience with multi-location inventory environments preferred
- Strong organizational and process management skills
- Familiarity with ERP / inventory management systems
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, regulated environment

- Inventory is consistently accurate across all locations
- Transfers between facilities are reliable, timely, and well-coordinated
- Warehouse operations run smoothly without constant intervention
- Minimal shrinkage, errors, or operational disruptions
- The system scales cleanly as new locations are added
