ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Reliability. We require a dedicated, loyal, reliable employee, who we can trust to show up, be punctual, organized, communicate, and work well with the team with minimal supervision.
• Able to read basic drawings
• Able to use basic hand tools (tool guns, saws, etc.) 
• Able to use other tools such as drill presses would be an asset. (Training will be provided)
• Comply with all company safety requirements and protocols.
• Familiarity and experience in a warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Certified Forklift trained (counter-balance)
• Order picking
• Ability to lift 60 lbs.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both reading and writing
• Knowledge of basic math skills
• Ability to learn new skills.
• Attention to detail & accuracy.
• Well organized.
• Ability to problem solve, work independently and as a team.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,
• Distribution environment experience preferred.
