The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, works well with warehouse and office teams, and has strong administrative and communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support for warehouse operationsAccurately enter and maintain inventory, shipping, and receiving dataProcess bills of lading, packing slips, purchase orders, and invoicesCoordinate with warehouse supervisors, drivers, and office staffSchedule inbound and outbound shipments as neededMaintain organized digital and physical filing systemsTrack attendance, timekeeping, and basic payroll data for warehouse staffRespond to emails, phone calls, and internal requests promptlyEnsure compliance with company policies and safety proceduresQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; additional education a plus13 years of administrative or warehouse office experience preferredStrong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, email systems)Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plusExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsReliable transportation to Vidor, TXWork EnvironmentOffice-based role within a warehouse settingMay require occasional time on the warehouse floorAbility to sit, stand, and move throughout the facility as needed $17.00 - $19.00 Hourly
