Warehouse Assemblers / Packaging Associate

Location: McAllen, TX

Pay: $9.00 per hour

Job Summary:
Express Employment Professionals is hiring Warehouse Assemblers / Packaging Associates to work in a fast-paced production environment. Associates will be responsible for packaging makeup and cream samples on an assembly line while maintaining quality, accuracy, and safety standards. Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and prior experience in production, sorting, or packing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Package, sort, and assemble products on a production line

• Perform light lifting as needed

• Follow quality standards and production guidelines

• Use basic measurement tools and apply basic math skills

• Maintain focus, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the shift

• Support team goals while meeting individual productivity standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production, picking, or packing preferred

• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

• Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts

• Must maintain good hygiene and professional grooming standards

• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow safety rules

Dress Code & Safety Requirements:

• Hairnets and safety glasses

• No jewelry, nail polish, or open-toe shoes allowed

• T-shirt and jeans acceptable
