Michigan Mechanical Ventures is a fast growing contractor in Southeast Michigan looking to add talented and driven individuals to our team. We are a Family owned Plumbing/HVAC company focused primarily on commercial service and new construction looking for a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our busy HVAC and plumbing company. If you're a hardworking individual who thrives in a team environment, values efficiency, and is willing to be flexible, we want to hear from you. This role is a vital part of our daily operations. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of our warehouse, including receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory. Your work will ensure our team has the right materials for every job and help maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace. You may also need to drive company vehicles to deliver materials to job sites. Key Responsibilities Receive and process incoming shipments, checking for accuracy and damage. Stock shelves and organize inventory efficiently. Pull materials for specific orders and prepare them for pickup or delivery. Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse. Operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed). Drive company vehicles to deliver materials and equipment to job sites as required. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse or inventory experience is a plus. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks. Strong sense of efficiency and attention to detail. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities. Positive, team-oriented attitude. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
