**Warehouse Associate - $1200 Sign-on Bonus + $23 an hour**Warehouse - USA Full Time Kent, WA POSITION: **Warehouse Associate** DEPARTMENT: Warehouse LOCATION: Kent Warehouse DURATION & STATUS: Permanent and full-time START: ASAPSCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 3:30pm - 12am**We are offering a $1200 signing bonus for new hires!****WHAT WE OFFER:*** **Comprehensive benefits plan (health, dental, vision)*** **Generous product discounts*** **Kitchen stocked with coffee and tea*** ***$1200 sign-on bonus **** **Double time hours available on weekend, with eligibility requirements*** **Refer a friend and receive a referral bonus**!* **August 200 challenge: work 200 hours to get OT and $500 bonus at the end of the month*** **Open overtime hours available*** **Attendance bonuses available!*** **Option to obtain a forklift certification*** **Paid sick days*** **Stat holiday pay****QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:* Assist with packing and unpacking boxes, adding to shelves and wrapping shipments* Keeps the warehouse clean and orderly* Move items into designated storage areas* Safely stack items using lift equipment* Rotate stock as directed* Follow inventory management rules as directed* Keep all production lines stocked upon request* Pull and pre-stage all supplies for the next day's production* Sweep, mop and clean racks or any other necessary cleaning* Remove all debris, pallets, scrap cardboard and empty trash cans daily* Unload supplies from trailers as required* Perform inventory cycle counts* Check and help maintain equipment such as forklifts, reach stackers and pallet jacks* Perform other tasks as requiredQUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:* Former warehouse experience is an asset* Able to work Monday-Friday day shifts* Reliable and dependable* Physically fit and able to lift 50-75lbs regularlyDesign made simple for the modern home.
