Warehouse Associate Aeroflow Health Warehouse Associate Location: 6 Commerce Way, Arden, NC 28704, USA Pay: $20 an hour Shift: 6:30 am - 3:00pm EST Start Date: 7/13/2026 Description Within Aeroflow, the Fulfillment Center team ships products for our Mom & Baby, Maternity Compression, and Sleep divisions across the country. Warehouse Associates play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations to ensure products are received, stored, and distributed accurately and efficiently. Your Primary Responsibilities Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality of materials. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and deadlines. Assist in restocking inventory and rotating products to maintain proper stock levels and organization. Place packaged items in the correct area Keep warehouse aisles, storage locations, and work areas clean, safe, and organized. Meet the established productivity and quality standards Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jack (if certified) Comply with all warehouse safety rules and regulations Regular and reliable attendance as assigned by your schedule Performs other related duties as assigned Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies. Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performance Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality Regular and reliable attendance as assigned by your schedule Other job duties assigned Required Qualifications Able to stand, walk, reach, push, pull, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift. Ability to lift at least 40 lbs. Able to complete repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team player, collaborating closely with peers and leadership in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn, with an openness to feedback, training, and continuous improvement. Proven self-starter and self-motivated mindset, able to stay productive, take initiative, and manage tasks independently with minimal supervision. Strong flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities, workflows, and daily operational needs while maintaining accuracy and quality. Ability to speak, read, and write in English clearly and effectively to communicate with team members, leadership, and external partners. Desired Qualifications Previous pallet jack experience preferred or ability and willingness to learn Basic computer proficiency, with comfort using warehouse technology such as computers, scanners, and tablets, and the ability to adapt to technical updates or system changes.
