The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by ensuring the accurate receiving, organization, and shipment of materials. This role is essential to maintaining efficiency, cleanliness, and safety standards, while contributing to the smooth operation of the company’s supply chain. Key Responsibilities Receive, verify, and process incoming shipments and deliveries. Pick, pack, and stage materials for outbound orders. Load and unload delivery trucks and company vans. Accurately label, stock, and organize inventory in designated locations. Operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment, including trash removal and sweeping. Conduct cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies. Follow company safety protocols and promote a safe working environment. Minimum Education: None Minimum Years of Experience: 0‑2 Qualifications Previous warehouse experience preferred. Forklift proficiency preferred (must be willing to frequently mount/dismount). Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required. Must be able to pass a background check. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Basic computer proficiency (e.g., inventory systems or order entry). Comfortable performing basic math for counts and verifications. Effective written and verbal communication. Positive attitude, team‑oriented mindset, and strong work ethic. Physical Requirements Regularly lift, carry, and move items weighing over 50 lbs. Frequent bending, stooping, standing, and walking throughout the workday. Repeated mounting and dismounting of forklifts or other equipment. Work Environment Work performed in a warehouse setting, with exposure to varying indoor and outdoor temperatures. May involve dust, noise, and other standard warehouse conditions. Fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
