Warehouse Associate - Chandler Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in supporting daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and material handling. This position requires the ability to work independently during high-volume morning operations while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and safety. Temporary Full-Time Position. Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 Per Hour Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities: Execute daily shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of inbound and outbound materials. Handle and move materials safely, including lifting up to 50+ lbs. Operate within warehouse systems and utilize basic computer functions for tracking, documentation, and communication. Independently manage morning workload, prioritizing tasks to meet operational deadlines while maintaining high quality standards. Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse areas to support efficient operations. Follow established safety protocols and company procedures at all times. Experience with forklifts is a plus but not required. Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to support overall warehouse productivity. Assist with inventory management, including counting, tracking, and reporting discrepancies. Job Requirements: The ideal candidate has a general understanding of warehouse processes, and basic computer skills. Physical capability to perform lifting and movement of materials. Experience operating forklifts or the ability to become certified is highly preferred. Education & Experience: Minimum high school diploma; some college courses preferred. Minimum two years of warehouse experience preferred.
