Summary

Client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Associate to support our operations at the Pennsauken, NJ location. In this role, you will assist with the day-to-day warehouse tasks to ensure efficient inventory management and smooth operations.


Pennsauken, NJ 08110

Hours:
8:30 AM 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Roles & Responsibilities
  1. Pull part purchases from stock and deliver them to drivers.
  2. Stock incoming parts and return parts as needed.
  3. Maintain accurate inventories of all controlled and non-controlled items.
  4. Assist in conducting regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  5. Bar-code all incoming parts and equipment.
  6. Fill requisitions for parts shortages and manage restocking requests.
  7. Receive and verify packing slips against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
  8. Package and ship parts to customers, including proper labeling and documentation.
  9. Unload delivery trucks and organize inventory in the warehouse.
  10. Utilize the company's freight solution to ship products not delivered by company trucks.
  11. Keep front and rear counter areas clean, organized, and free of clutter.
  12. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, and report any accidents or safety concerns to a manager or supervisor immediately.
  13. Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Basic warehouse experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
  • Reliable and punctual.
