The company began in 1949 with a focus on providing process cooling solutions to the rapidly expanding poultry processing industry. Since then, we have expanded to provide process cooling solutions around the world for a variety of industries with Morris equipment currently found in 50 countries and 5 continents. />

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving and storing inventory, pulling parts for shop work orders, maintaining accurate records, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment.


Key Responsibilities:

* Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shop work orders and shipping orders.

* Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and regular cycle counts

* Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely

* Ensure warehouse cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations

* Assist in loading and unloading trucks

* Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors

* Ensure warehouse yard and inventory (large items) are properly and accurately stored (primary).

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Previous warehouse or inventory experience

* Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

* Good communication and teamwork abilities

* Prior forklift experience


Working Conditions:

* Fast-paced warehouse environment

* May require occasional overtime or Saturday shifts

* Use of protective gear such as gloves, safety shoes, and safety glasses.
