Job Summary The Warehouse Associate plays a vital, hands‑on role in supporting the daily flow of warehouse operations. This position is focused on executing core logistical tasks such as receiving goods, maintaining accurate inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. Associates at this level contribute directly to the efficiency and accuracy of the supply chain and are expected to work safely, follow established procedures, and collaborate well with team members. It’s a foundational role ideal for individuals looking to build experience and grow within warehouse operations. Our Guilderland Center location specializes in value‑add custom imprinting—giving companies the ability to showcase their brand on essential PPE. We provide high‑quality logo printing on high‑visibility clothing, hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, and more, helping organizations promote both safety and brand recognition. Join our 2nd shift warehouse team: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM with shift differential opportunity. Job Responsibilities Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Receive, sort, store, and accurately pick products as assigned. Pack, label, and prepare items for shipment in accordance with standard procedures. Load and unload materials manually and ensure proper placement in designated areas. Operate handheld scanners and other equipment safely and correctly. Identify and report damaged or missing items promptly. Maintain accurate inventory counts and complete required documentation. Assist with various warehouse functions and participate in process improvement efforts. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or team leads. Required Skills For Success High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior warehouse experience a plus Dependable, with consistent attendance and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions, maintain safety standards, and use scanners/digital tools Comfortable with basic math and documentation tasks Physically able to lift, bend, push/pull, and stay active throughout the shift Positive, team‑oriented attitude with a willingness to assist across warehouse functions #J-18808-Ljbffr
