Location: Brooks, KY 40109
Job Type: Contract (3-4 months)
Shift: Monday Thursday, 12pm 10:30pm (10 12 hours per shift)

Role Impact & Expectations:
As a Warehouse Associate I, you will play a critical part in fulfilling client orders and maintaining high operational standards in a fast-paced, refrigerated environment. Your attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently within a team setting directly contribute to overall customer satisfaction and warehouse efficiency. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in physically demanding settings and value process-driven work.

Emphasis on Skills:
Success in this role requires strong organizational abilities, the capacity to lift 40 75 lbs, and proficiency with RF scanners and manual handling tools. The ability to understand English product labels and instructions ensures accuracy in order fulfillment. Candidates must demonstrate teamwork, effective communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the capability to maintain a clean and safe workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately pick, check, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and rolling carts.
- Perform receiving, storage, and stock rotation duties, including down stacking and daily cleaning.
- Process returns, relabel, repack, and inspect products as part of GMP services.
- Work in refrigerated environments (24 F), rotating in/out with provided PPE.
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and adhere to safety/DEA regulations.
- Participate in inventory counts, research discrepancies, and complete data entry for returns.
- Operate basic equipment including Klever Cutters and tape guns; palletize as needed.
- Exhibit punctual attendance and flexibility for overtime as required.
