Note: Length assignment: 2 months. 10-12 hours SHIFT. Mid Shift: Monday - Friday 930am until work complete. OT Saturday 930am until work is completed. Must-Have Skills:
- Ability to work in refrigerated/cold storage environments (24 F) with provided PPE
- Experience with GMP services (relabeling, repacking, inspection, serialization)
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and palletize throughout the shift
- Ability to use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS/PkMS)
- Ability to safely use box cutters (Klever cutters) and tape guns
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently within a team
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Prior pharmaceutical or GMP warehouse experience
- Experience in cold-chain or refrigerated warehouse operations
- Inventory control and cycle counting experience
- Familiarity with DEA-regulated environments
- Previous experience with automated or PkMS-enabled warehouse systems
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Perform GMP services including relabeling, repacking, inspections, and aggregated serialization
- Work rotating shifts in refrigerated storage areas, using provided PPE
- Pick, pack, palletize, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners
- Receive, verify, stock, and rotate inventory following FIFO procedures
- Perform daily inventory counts, discrepancy research, and returns processing
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with GMP, safety, and DEA regulations
Requirements:
- Ability to work in cold storage environments (24 F) for rotating periods
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and palletize materials as required
- Ability to stand and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to read and understand English for labels, instructions, and documentation
- Willingness to work overtime, participate in physical inventory, and maintain attendance standards
