Location: Brooks, KY 40109

Shift Timings: 10-12 hours Shift/Monday - Thursday 12pm-10:30pm (until job is completed)

Note: Pay: $19.00/hr. plus $ 2.00 shift differential. Length assignment: 3-4 months.

Summary of Job:

The Warehouse Associate supports distribution center operations by performing GMP services, order fulfillment, inventory handling, and shipping/receiving tasks. The role includes relabeling, repacking, inspections, and serialized product processing while maintaining accuracy, quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The associate works in a refrigerated environment, utilizes warehouse systems and RF scanners, and ensures efficient order processing and inventory management.

Must-have/Required skills:

  • Experience in warehouse, distribution center, or logistics operations
  • Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (approximately 24 F)
  • Experience with order picking, packing, and palletizing
  • Ability to use RF scanners and warehouse management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to read product labels and follow written instructions in English
  • Basic mathematical and computer skills
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, and pull for extended periods
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain attendance and work overtime when required

Nice-to-have Skills:

  • Experience with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) environments
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated warehouse environments
  • Familiarity with PkMS or warehouse management systems
  • Experience with inventory cycle counting and discrepancy research
  • Knowledge of DEA or regulatory compliance standards

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • GMP & Product Handling
    • Perform GMP services including relabeling, repacking, inspections, and aggregated serialization of products
    • Ensure products meet quality and regulatory requirements
    • Handle materials using Klever cutters, tape guns, and other warehouse tools
  • Warehouse Operations
    • Perform receiving, storage, and inventory handling of goods
    • Verify merchandise received against receiving documentation and report discrepancies or damages
    • Stock shelves and rotate inventory to ensure proper stock usage
  • Order Fulfillment
    • Pick items from shelves and place them in totes for order fulfillment
    • Prepare and pack customer orders for shipment
    • Palletize completed orders for shipping
  • Inventory & Data Entry
    • Process product returns and perform data entry in warehouse systems
    • Conduct daily cycle counts and research inventory discrepancies
    • Assist with physical inventory and inventory control procedures
  • Workplace Safety & Cleanliness
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
    • Follow safety policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards
    • Ensure no damaged materials are accepted or shipped

Working Conditions:

  • Work performed in a refrigerated environment (approximately 24 F)
  • Rotation between cooler and standard warehouse areas
  • Required PPE provided by the site
  • Frequent standing, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling
  • Use of RF scanners, rolling carts, palletizing equipment, and warehouse tools
  • Overtime and participation in physical inventory may be required
