Job Title: Warehouse Associate I

Location: Brooks, KY 40109

Shift Timings: Mid Shift: Monday 9:00AM-9:30PM Tuesday through Thursday 11:00 AM to 10:30 PM overtime required until work is completed

Summary of Job:

Responsible for performing a variety of warehouse-related duties such as receiving and storage of goods, preparing orders for shipment by picking items from shelves and placing them in totes, and ensuring that orders are filled accurately and efficiently, continually striving for improved customer satisfaction. If a fully automated, PkMS enabled environment, must be able to utilize the functions of the warehouse management system in order to perform daily tasks. Primary duties include, order fulfillment, stocking and replenishment, and outbound shipping of customer orders. Performs related duties as assigned.

Must-have/Required skills:

• Need to be able to work in refrigerated environment (24 degrees)
• Will rotate a couple of hours in and out of the cooler; site will provide PPE
• Standing, working with a rolling cart, reach, push, pull test, and bend
• Will need to use RF scanner; Will have to palletize
• Independent tasks assigned within a group setting
• Will Use Klever Cutters and tape guns
• Ability to read and understand the English language for the purpose of comparing and reading product descriptions, names and shelf labels
• Must possess basic mathematical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with others
• Strong organizational skills; detail oriented
• Ability to use good judgment in order to carry out detailed instructions
• Must be a team player and demonstrate effective communication and problem solving skills
• Maintain appropriate attendance standards
• Must be able to work overtime when necessary and participate in physical inventory

• Willing to do anything in the warehouse such as:
  • Pickup trash
  • Offload packages off of conveyor onto pallets (up to 50lb lift)
  • Assist full-time associates on packing out Cold Chain packages
  • Able to read instructions written in English
  • Willing to work inside refrigerated space.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Basic computer knowledge preferred.

Key responsibilities and duties:

• GMP Services Relabeling, repacking, inspections, Aggregated serialization of products
• Verifies merchandise received against receiving documents, notes and reports discrepancies and any obvious damages
• Stocks shelves with various types of merchandise
• Rotates stock so that newly-received items can be used last
• Prepares orders for shipment by pulling items from shelves and placing them in totes to be packed and sent to customers
• Processes and performs data entry of returns; also returns merchandise to proper shelf in the warehouse
• Performs daily counting and researching of discrepancies
• Assists with inventory procedures as requested
• Maintains a clean work area to help ensure that merchandise remains clean and to help prevent work related injuries
• Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and DEA regulations

General Duties:

• Cooler Prep Gel Pack retrieval and placement into shipping containers
• Placement of Bubble Bags into Shippers
• Placing Shippers onto the take-away line
• Cardboard Disposal Collecting and discarding of cardboard boxes
• General Warehouse Cleaning duties
• Void Fill Placement of air pillows in the remaining void areas prior to carton seal to prevent shifting during shipping
• Line Offload Placing shipped cartons onto the appropriate shipping pallet for UPS Shipments
• Box Erector / Box Making Ensuring our box erector is maintained with appropriate quantity of cartons to be made
• Order Fulfillment In some occasions you may be asked to help fulfill orders
• Other Duties as needed Things may come up from time to time, and there will be some flexibility that will allow us to complete our jobs for the day.
