Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team! In this role, you'll be assisting in inventory, order picking and packing, shipping and receiving, maintaining organized storage areas. You'll be successful in this role if you're organized, you follow safety procedures, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and time management abilitiesnare required with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency in handling goods and fulfilling orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Parts Delivery & Order Pulling – Prepare and process orders, pull materials, pack boxes, and stage deliveries.
  • Van Restocks – Assist in keeping service vehicles stocked and organized.
  • Efficient Delivery: Safely drive and deliver parts to job sites and customers promptly and accurately.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, store, and organize inventory in the warehouse. Track inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders accurately, ensuring timely dispatch. Verify the accuracy of orders before delivery.
  • Customer Service: Interact professionally and courteously with customers and team members. Address any delivery-related questions or concerns.
  • Warehouse Clean-Up & Organization – Maintain a safe and clean workspace, including shelves, pallet areas, and common areas.
  • Forklift Operation – Load/unload trucks and transport materials (forklift certification preferred).
  • Shipping & Receiving – Ensure accurate inventory control, inspect shipments, and reconcile packing slips.
  • Basic Data Entry & Communication – Work with internal departments to order parts, maintain records, and resolve any concerns.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Entry-Level – Some warehouse experience helpful.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift 10-75 lbs and work in various conditions
  • Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus).
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience a plus).

Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.
