Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Pontoon Beach, IL 62040

Duration: 3 Months (with potential for conversion after 90 days)

Environment: 100% Onsite, Cold Storage (32 F / 0 C)

Max Pay: $18.50/hr.

Schedule

Training: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (may extend as needed)

Post-training schedule:

Sunday: 7:00 AM ton5:00 PM (until completion of tasks)

Monday Thursday: 3:00 PM shift end (until completion of tasks)

Overtime: As required

Note: Workday ends when tasks are completed, not at a hard stop time.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse operations including order selecting, put-away, and scanning (50%)
• Maintain facility cleanliness and perform housekeeping duties (40%)
• Assist with inbound receiving and other warehouse tasks as needed (10%)
• Operate equipment safely, including stand-up reach truck (certified) and pallet jack
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
• Adhere to all safety rules and regulations while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail

Requirements

• Stand-up forklift experience required (reach truck preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs unassisted
• Comfortable working consistently in cold storage (32 F / 0 C)
• High school diploma or equivalent
