The Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our warehouse family. You’ll be the final set of eyes on our products, ensuring our customers get exactly what they need, safely and on time. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment where your precision directly impacts global industries, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do Precision Picking: Operate a forklift to pull products accurately based on job orders. Quality Control: Weigh items, update inventory systems, and print precise shipping labels. Logistics Mastery: Organize shipments for FedEx or heavy-freight truck loads (150+ lbs). Team Support: Step in as a backup for the receiving clerk and collaborate with the warehouse team. Safety First: Maintain a clean workspace and strictly follow PPE and safety protocols. What You’ll Need Experience: High school diploma and prior experience in a warehouse or shipping environment. Skills: Proficiency in forklift operation and basic computer tasks. Strength: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably. Attributes: A sharp eye for detail, the ability to multitask under deadlines, and a "safety-first" mindset.
