Job Description Summary

Under direct supervision, handles and maintains the flow of materials and products in warehouses with varying degrees of automation according to established standards. Performs in accordance with established safety standards and adheres to all safety policies, rules, regulations, and procedures. This position is categorized as compliance critical and, as such, requires and is assigned specific responsibility for ensuring continual and proper compliance with all division, corporate and regulatory requirements.

Job Description

What you will be doing:

• Order fulfillment - Packaging outbound shipping of customer orders.
• Use of RF and computer equipment
• Use of Scale OS to ship out customer orders
• Build, wrap and sort packing material order specific
• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work related injuries.
• Using dollies, hand carts to fulfill customer orders
• May require standing in on location for long period of time (stress mat provided)

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Important Skills:

• Able to work in climate-controlled facility.
• Ability to read and understand the English language
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
• Motivated, hard-working and dependable; attendance and punctuality are very important.
• Able to work the shift hours listed above, plus overtime. (Overtime in most Distribution Centers is mandatory to enable real-time delivery)
• Able to perform repetitive and manual tasks on a consistent basis; stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively; products vary in weight and size
• Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift (steps vary by role and shift)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Nice to have:

• Warehouse or Distribution experience preferred (1 year or less)
