Position Overview The Warehouse Associate is a detail-oriented professional responsible for keeping our store and warehouse organized, fully stocked, and 100% accurate. This role focuses heavily on inventory integrity, product labeling, and maintaining a retail floor that is at least 95% in stock at all times. Core Responsibilities 1. Inventory Control & Labeling Label all incoming products with correct barcodes and pricing Create and maintain shelf tags for all items to ensure clarity for customers Perform daily and weekly inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately Write daily backup orders to maintain 95%+ in-stock levels on the retail floor Execute FIFO (first in, first out) rotation to ensure product freshness and accuracy 2. Stocking & Store Organization Proactively move product from the warehouse to the retail floor Maintain high standards for aisle cleanliness, organization, and safety Verify pricing accuracy and reorganize sections upon approval Keep shelves meticulously organized and clearly labeled Pick Will-Call and Online orders with a goal of 99.5%+ accuracy Stage orders neatly and ensure all staged products undergo a 100% condition inspection Ensure online orders are picked and staged within 24 hours of placement Assist in loading customer vehicles and trucks professionally and safely 4. Customer Support Greet pickup customers professionally and fulfill orders quickly Help load heavy items and provide exceptional service on the showroom floor Communicate clearly with the sales and operations teams regarding stock status Inventory Accuracy: Less than 1% inventory count errors Labeling: 100% of products labeled and priced correctly In-Stock Rate: Maintain a 95%+ retail floor in-stock rate Picking Accuracy: 99.5%+ accuracy on all orders Processing Speed: Online orders staged within 24 hours What We Are Looking For Forklift experience required (certification preferred) 1–2 years of warehouse or retail support experience preferredComfortable using scanners and inventory management software Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance Excellent communication skills; must read and understand English Why Join Us Pay: $22.00 per hour with raises and advancement based on performance 401(k) with profit sharing Paid Time Off and holidays A stable, growing company that values accountability and hard work Join a team that values organization and continuous improvement.
