Warehouse Associate Position Title: Warehouse Associate, NCC Automated Solutions Location: Souderton, Pennsylvania Reports to: Supply Chain Manager, NCC Automated Solutions Overview The Warehouse Associate supports material handling, order fulfillment, and data entry to ensure efficient operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Pick and stage material for shop requirements Pull and pack customer orders Organize and maintain stock levels and bins Manage and update data corresponding to job requirements Maintain attention to detail Perform daily cycle counts Understand project timelines Communicate project readiness to key stakeholders Cross-functional teamwork with project management, engineering, shop floor, and production planning Cross training with shipping and receiving Use forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks Work daily in GSS (ERP system) and Excel Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Able to manage multiple items across several projects to provide updates to key stakeholders Safety Ensure all applicable regulatory standards are met with regards to loss prevention, accident investigation, OSHA compliance Work with team members to actively improve safety of the plant Ensure workshop area is clean, organized, and free of dangerous or hazardous material Ensure safety action items are completed accurately and timely Continuous Improvement Participates in CI initiatives and activities (5S events, Kaizen events, weekly CIP meetings, Root Cause Investigations, and improvement projects) Work with team members to provide input to improve processes and workspaces Education and Experience Requirements Experience working in a project-oriented environment Reliability and punctuality Good time management Attention to detail 5+ years working in a manufacturing environment 5+ years Microsoft Office 5+ years working in ERP system Strong communication skills 5+ years working with inventory / material handling Strong organizational skills, including record keeping utilizing Excel Work Environment / Physical Requirements Occasional: 1/3 or less Frequent: 1/3 to 2/3 Continuous: 2/3 or more Standing: Frequent to Continuous Walking: Frequent to Continuous Sitting: Occasional to Frequent Lifting: Occasional to Frequent (ability to lift 50lbs+) Carrying: Frequent Twisting and Turning: Frequent Reaching: Frequent Bending: Frequent Pushing/Pulling: Frequent Hand Movement: Manual dexterity #J-18808-Ljbffr
