This isn't just a picking roleit's a gateway to a long-term career with an organization that prioritizes internal advancement and professional development.Compensation, Shift, & Location DetailsPay Rate: $18.00/hr (Base) + $1-2/hr increase upon direct hire(2nd Shift): Permanently Monday Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PMLocation: Miamisburg, OH 45342Experience: 6+ months of warehousing experience (forklift experience is a plus!)Key Responsibilities This is a dynamic role designed for someone who enjoys a mix of manual and equipment-based work:Forklift Operations: Safely operate a forklift to navigate aisles, retrieve bulk items, and stage materials for the Single Pack team.Active Order Picking: Take to the aisles on foot to hand-pick individual customer orders, ensuring 100% accuracy and speed.Inventory Advocacy: Keep an eye on stock levels. If you see a shortage while you're on the floor or the lift, you're the first line of communication to the Team Lead.Order Flow: Submit completed "Single Pack" orders to the processing area, maintaining a neat and organized zone at all times.The "Mid-Day" AdvantageThe Schedule: Monday Friday, 12:00 PM 8:00 PM.Paid Training: Start on 1st Shift (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM) for hands-on equipment and process training.
