Now Hiring: Warehouse Associates - Multiple Shifts Available

We’re looking for motivated and dependable Warehouse Associates to join our Unloading and Receiving teams. In this essential role, you’ll be responsible for managing freight flow, unloading 18-wheelers, palletizing materials, and using conveyance systems to process inventory. You’ll also support cross-dock operations by moving products directly to shipping.

Key Responsibilities

• Manually unload freight and stack materials on pallets at designated dock locations.
• Use scanners, terminals, and scales to sort, count, and track inventory.
• Maintain a safe and tidy workspace, report any hazards or damaged goods.
• Load outbound trucks with precision—heavier items on the bottom, lighter on top.
• Move between trailers frequently to support both loading and unloading tasks.
• Input and retrieve data using warehouse systems and handheld devices.
• Complete basic documentation and reports as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics roles.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse tools.
• Skills in shipping, receiving, picking, packing, inventory, and general labor.
• Strong attendance record and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced goals and changing priorities.
• Experience in physically demanding roles; mobile equipment experience is a bonus.
• Comfortable with structured break schedules.
• Prior experience working with trucks is required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
