Warehouse Lead – Warehouse Operations We are currently looking for a qualified Warehouse Lead for our Waunakee, WI warehouse operations. Responsibilities Warehouse tasks such as loading and unloading trucks, sorting products, and preparing orders Maintaining accurate inventory levels to include ordering and reconciliation of product Package bulk oil into drums, kegs, and pails Operate computer system for receiving and printing of needed documents Communicate effectively with coworkers, subcontractors and customers Schedule route deliveries as necessary Perform various occasional building and grounds related maintenance projects Deliver and unload product at job sites when delivery driver is unavailable Work Monday through Friday, typical hours 6:30am‑3:30pm with an hour lunch; some flexibility may be accommodated Benefits 401(k) with matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Schedule Monday to Friday Work Location In person Requirements License: Minimum Class D (Required) High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. 21 years of age or older. Full body mobility, able to work on your feet for extended periods of time. Can frequently lift 30‑50 lbs at a time and occasionally more. Has a positive, friendly attitude. Will pass DOT physical, pre‑employment drug screen, and background check.
