Position Summary:
We are seeking a Warehouse Clerk / Customer Service team member to assist with inventory management, order fulfillment, and providing excellent customer service to both walk-in and contractor clients. This role is split between the warehouse and the sales floor and requires attention to detail, organization, and a positive attitude.

Receive, stock, and organize inventory

Load and unload deliveries and customer orders (including palletized materials)

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and stock areas

Use point-of-sale system to assist customers at the counter when needed

Help customers locate items and answer basic product questions

Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior warehouse, retail, or hardware store experience preferred

Forklift experience or certification a plus (but not required)

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

Strong work ethic and reliability

Basic computer and customer service skills

Friendly, team-oriented attitude
