Job Title: Operator 1 Warehouse Operations
Location: 130 Four Oaks Parkway, Four Oaks, NC 27524
Duration: 12 Months
Openings: Multiple
Shifts: All shifts available

• Previous forklift experience is required

• High School Diploma or GED not required

• 0 1 year warehouse or related experience preferred

• Basic computer skills

• Good communication skills

• Ability to read, write, and understand English

• Basic math skills

• Operate forklifts and other equipment such as conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks

• Move materials, parts, and finished goods within the warehouse

• Follow SOPs and quality guidelines

• Maintain basic records as needed

• Work in a metrics-driven environment

• Perform routine warehouse tasks under general supervision

• Regular standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling

• Ability to lift/move over 50 lbs

• Repetitive hand and wrist movements

• Work near moving machinery

• Warehouse environment: hot in summer (no AC) and cold in winter (limited heating)

• Moderate to loud noise level
