Job Title Warehouse Associate Location Grinnell, IA Pay $16.00/hour Shift 1st Hours 8:00am - 4:30pm (Monday - Friday) We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Grinnell, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Orders include gun parts, accessories, and ammunition, so attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures are essential. Primary Duties of Warehouse Associate Use a handheld scanner to locate and retrieve orders from shelving. Pack orders into correct-sized boxes for shipment. Verify items match the packing slip before shipping. Complete paperwork for outgoing orders. Organize and store incoming supplies. Perform general housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean work area. Warehouse Associate Qualifications Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus but not required. Able to stand for duration of shift. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to lift 5-40 lbs. repeatedly (team lift required for anything over 40 lbs.). Able to bend, twist, push, pull and crouch throughout the shift. Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
