The successful candidate will collaborate closely with logistics, procurement, and shipping teams to optimize warehouse workflows and contribute to overall operational excellence. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are paramount to prevent errors and maintain a safe working environment. Ultimately, this role supports the seamless movement of products from suppliers to customers, directly impacting the company's service quality and customer satisfaction.Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly, basic math and reading skills to accurately process orders and inventory data, authorization to work in the United States.Preferred qualifications include forklift operator certification, experience with warehouse management systems or inventory software, knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, and accurately recording incoming shipments to ensure inventory integrity, organizing and storing products in designated locations to maximize space utilization and accessibility, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment according to company standards and customer specifications, conducting regular inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels, operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse to comply with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to improve warehouse processes and resolve operational issues.The required skills such as basic math, reading, and physical stamina are essential for accurately processing orders, managing inventory, and performing manual tasks safely throughout the day.
